    3. Placing an Order

    Once you have selected your items, you will be able to place your order by clicking on “Checkout.” Please review your details carefully before submission. Upon order receipt, you will receive an on-screen and/or email confirmation. Some items may require longer processing time and will be communicated accordingly.

    4. Payment Terms

    • Payments must be made online using Visa or MasterCard debit/credit cards in AED.
    • We do not store, share, rent, or sell any debit/credit card details or personally identifiable information.
    • In the event a payment is not authorized, the order will not be processed.

    5. Delivery Policy

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate.
    • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, products will not be left elsewhere, and redelivery may be required.
    • We aim to meet all delivery timelines but cannot guarantee exact times due to external factors.
    • Certain orders may require additional processing time; this will be communicated clearly.

    6. Refund and Return Policy

    BBM Foods is committed to customer satisfaction. If you:

    • Receive the wrong item(s) or if part of your order is missing, we will issue a partial or full refund accordingly.
    • Do not receive your order, we will issue a full refund.
    • Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment and may take up to 2 working days depending on your bank.

    Prices are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing or availability information. You will be informed in such cases and refunded if necessary.
